Xplus completes business restructuring in 2025; growth momentum is in full swing in 2026

- 2025 is a year of upgrading business structures and preparing new growth engines

- Accelerate growth by building promotions and sales pipelines linked to owned IPs

- Medium- to long-term growth goals through subsidiary Signal Wave and Egg Cosmetics

Xplus, a manufacturer specializing in mobile accessories, announced that it plans to finalize the reorganization of its business portfolio starting in 2025 and enter a full-scale growth phase from 2026.

According to the company, 2025 was a year focused on preparations for diversifying growth engines, and B2C subsidiaries focused their capabilities on organizational building and product planning in the early stages of the business, although not yet fully reflected in performance. The company overhauled the organization, distribution, and operation processes of the egg cosmetics business based on its subsidiaries Signal Wave and Egg Clinic, and laid the foundation for full-scale business development from 2026.

In particular, Egg Cosmetics is planning to launch a new product in April of this year in addition to the existing Egg Clinic Derma Cosmetics line, and plans to expand its distribution network and diversify its product portfolio as a result.

SignalWave plans to expand a new product launch system based on a single SKU every month from the 2nd quarter of 2026. Where K-Beauty has previously focused on communication centered on ingredients and function, SignalWave is putting forward a “Sensory-First (Sensory-First)” strategy that enhances the sensory elements felt throughout the experience before and after using the product as a differentiating point.

In particular, product design and texture development optimized for short-form content environments such as TikTok and Instagram reels were set as a key challenge. We design a product experience where the entire process from product opening to use becomes content, and reflects elements that consider the possibility of spreading social media mainly among Gen Z and millennial consumers in North America from the product planning stage.

In addition to strengthening the existing product line, the mobile accessories division, which is the main business, expanded the product category by launching new products such as the “Genshin” game edition in 2025. Through this, the focus was on expanding its business area with an IP-based content combination product line and building a product portfolio that can grow in the future.

Xplus plans to launch full-scale joint promotions using its IP from 2026, and aggressively promote external growth by securing various B2C products such as cosmetics and food in the existing mobile accessories business and diversifying distribution channels. As B2C businesses are added to the stable sales structure of the mobile accessories business, the company believes that it will also be possible to gradually improve the performance structure based on connectivity.

A company official said, “2025 is a year that focuses on improving the business structure and building a foundation for growth across the mobile accessories and cosmetics business rather than expanding short-term performance,” and “in 2026, we will create long-term growth momentum along with the full-scale launch of B2C products, which are new businesses, as well as contributing to actual performance.”
